Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. You mentioned that you're trying to get a receipt for a recent charge but you don't see that purchase/charge listed in your purchase history. If you're part of a Family Sharing group, the Family Organizer will see this charge listed in their history and also should receive email receipts for purchases. Can’t find the item that you’re looking for? If you have more than one Apple ID, you might have been signed in with a different Apple ID when you bought the item. Sign in with the other Apple ID and check your purchase history again.
* If you find items in your purchase history that you don't remember buying, ask your family members if they bought the item. If family members have access to your device, you might want to require a password for every purchase. If someone else is using your Apple ID and password, change your Apple ID password.
