iTunes store/Apple Music issues

My Apple laptops with iTunes won't play a substantial number of songs on Apple Music. I just get that endless, silent circle around the arrow. They will play with my newer macbook pro with Apple Music. However, sometimes playlists I make (I am on the iCloud) on my Apple Music laptop will not show on my 2 iTunes macbook pros.

MacBook Pro 13″, OS X 10.11
