Refund money after canceling a payment

Hello, i made a subscription by accident on an app via apple app store, and as soon as i noticed, i canceled it, less than an hour, now i want to get a refund, but when i try to get it, they tell me that this purchase does not have an invoice, what can be the reason and how can i solve the problem?

If the purchase is still pending, you'll need to wait for the charge to go through and then request a refund using the steps here: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support


If you tried to refund immediately after purchase, the charge is still pending. We'd recommend giving it a couple of days or when you receive the invoice email from Apple for the purchase, and then try the refund process again.
