Contacts are not synchronized on mac

All the contacts in face time are numbers and not the names as in my iphone. I cannot select my contacts in mac to make a face time call

Missing FaceTime option on some contacts! I have an iPhone 13 Pro and on a couple of my contacts the FaceTime option won't highlight or work! I've used it plenty of times before as it's the contact for my grandchildren! Changed on the last update...ios 17.4.1 Can anyone help me get this option back???

FaceTime in Assistive Access I am using assistive access on my iPhone 11. Everywhere I have looked says that the FaceTime and Phone apps have been combined into one Calls app when in assistive access. I can make phone calls, but I am unable to make FaceTime calls. I can, however, accept FaceTime calls. Which means I end up calling someone and then asking them to FaceTime me. This is incredibly annoying. There was 1 time I was able to make a FaceTime call so I know it CAN work, but after that 1 time when it gave me the option of "voice only" or "video", I noticed it does not give me these options for my favorite contacts. My favorite contacts are only favorited on their phone call option, but since they are a favorite contact, the Calls app does not put them into my contacts list for some reason. This means I can only FaceTime contacts from my contacts list, and not my favorites which are the people I FaceTime anyways. & I have tried typing in a phone number as well but it only gives the phone call option when you type a phone number in. I think this is a bug issue, though. On a side note, it's also really annoying that you cannot make the calls notification icon go away unless you call that person back...
