Safari browser duplicate tab title not updating for SPA

Open a single page application site. (e.g) https://angular.io/
now navigate to any page (e.g) https://angular.io/docs
then right click and select duplicate tab
once page loaded, now navigate to other menu and links, page title is not updated.

But when I try to read DOM property (document.title) its showing correct title, but changes are not reflected in browser tab title

Safari in Sonoma not refreshing page with Cmd+R I am experiencing problems using Cmd+R to reload a page in Safari with the latest version of Sonoma. E.g. Thurrott.com - if I haven't been to the page for a couple of days and do Cmd+R, it reloads the page in the state it was in at the time I last visited the site, it doesn't actually reload the site with the current content. If I open a new tab, it loads the latest content propery. If I go into the address bar and re-type the URL, it loads the latest content properly. If I click on the Thurrott logo, it loads the latest content properly. This happens with other sites as well. This is with Sonoma 14.0 (23A344), no updates available on a Mac mini M1 and a MacBook Air M1, German language installation.

Safari opens the same page when clicking on the new tab button Hi! I'm experiencing a strange behavior. When I press the "+" button in Safari, which is supposed to open a new tab, it opens the same website I'm currently on. I've checked the settings of the button and it says to open a blank page, tried changing to a default site and it still opens the same site I'm visiting.
