I can't open dmg file

I tried to download game from the website.

it says unable to expand launcher into downloads.

and it keeps error when I clicked the launcher.

How can I fix this?

I would appreciate any help

Is you Mac MDM managed by your workplace, school etc like in the thread below with similar symptoms?

if it was me then I would test with another dmg to rule out you got a corrupted dmg file on your hands
