Change personalized gifs on my iphone

When I go to add a gif to a text, I notice a lot are already personalized with a name or personal phrase. Such as, I want to add a Happy Birthday gif, but the one I chose already has a personalized name in the caption. If I add my own caption, it just types over the existing caption. How can I change that, or only see gifs that aren't already personalized?
