Unable to update toWatch OS 10.0.1
Trying to update to watch OS 10.0.1 and "verifying" is taking way too long . I already restarted the iPhone and is is still doing the same: circling"Verifying" for ten plus minutes. What is wrong ?

Be patient. Crashing the install and starting again is counterproductive, and worst case you could brick your device by restarting at a critical stage. Depending on the processor speeds for your iPhone and Apple Watch and the speed of the internet connection back to Apple's servers, in some cases you may need as long as an hour or so for the Verify stage.
Also be aware the upgrade process will usually stall if you don't have the Apple Watch powered by its charger.
