Invalid Sim

I was doing the travelpass thing while traveling in germany, phone was working fine.. now all of a sudden it says invalid sim.. shows nothing in the cellular area, but still works on wifi as far as imessage and internet and such, I have reset and done all that, still nothing. I wont be back for awhile so wondering if theres any hope at fixing it.
