I have a quick question. If I have a gift card of about 250 EUR and I use the Apple store to buy an iPhone. Will the gift card balance just be deducted?

That means - if I understand correctly... that I can buy a ~1000 EUR product and if I have a gift card balance of 500 EUR, I pay 500 EUR via gift cards and the other 500 EUR via Paypal?
