Hi,
I cannot understand why applications in my storage takes so much space. It does not make sense to me. In the storage you can see that it app takes 130,79GB. But when I open application folder you can see that the biggest app has 5,01 GB and others has less. Total it is less then 20GB.
Can anyone please explain where are over 100GB space?
I am running macbook air M1, 16GB RAM, 512SSD.

Did you scroll thru the entire list of apps and add all of them together? (You might be surprised to see how many apps there are).
Asking because there are roughly 27.4GB worth of apps just in the part of the app list that's visible on your screenshot.

Apps takes too much space. Makes no sense
