And what did they say when you called them about their cellular service, a monthly fee that you pay for?
I understand how to fix it but what I don’t understand is it never happened before. It just started a few days ago. It gets really annoying that I have to fix it several times a day to get it out from the SOS mode.

This happened to me suddenly today. Even a full shut down didn’t help. This and my cell reception is also spotty with the latest update.
called apple Cust care and they could not help me.
