iPhone X, iOS 16.7, phone goes to SOS mode by itself several time a day. Why? I had to turn on airplane mode and off to get phone back to LTE

In addition, my wife has iPhone 13, iOS 16.7 also, she has no problem with our carrier network. Her phone does not go to SOS mode by itself several times a day as my iPhone X does. I think there is a bug in the iOS, our cell reception at home is good, my wife has no problem with SOS mode but I do. Waiting for some better advice besides just turning phone to airplane mode on and off to get back from SOS mode to the LTE. Also, while I m in SOS mode, I cannot receive phone calls even my WIFI is on. Need better support advice!

The link I provided said to contact your cellular data provider.

And what did they say when you called them about their cellular service, a monthly fee that you pay for?
