I try to reinstall os on iMac high Sierra and get this apple.support-2100F screen and not able to install os

I was having the same problem. It’s a slow internet connection error. For restoration you need very fast connection. Use fast internet connection or ethernet cable if that possible and the restore continues normal. Good luck
