multiple problems after update to iOS 17

I have updated my iPhone 13 to iOS 17 and since I have multiple problems:

cannot log out of iCloud "because of restrictions"
cannot print via AirPrint on Epson printer
cannot Airdrop to other apple devices or receive airdrops
cannot use continuity cam together with iMac or Apple TV

Maybe there is more, that I have not tried yet.

My iPad mini (6 gen) is upgraded without any problems, my iPhone 14 too, my partner's iPhone SE 2 and iPad (9 gen) work all fine under iOS or iPadOS 17. Turned off my phone, turned off my routers, my printer, all to no avail.

Im also experiencing #4 issue with the iPhone 15 Pro Max (updated to latest software) and Apple TV 4k (also updated to the latest software). Continuity camera is not working. I have also tested on a second apple TV 4K and my wife's iPhone 12 Pro Max.
