Just wanted to know when iPad 11th generation was coming out as I’m looking at getting a new iPad.
The fourth generation iPad Pro 11" and sixth generation iPad Pro 12.9" are current models - both with Apple's most recent M2 SoC:

Apple does not pre-announce new models. Other than publicly released information by Apple, contributors here have absolutely no insight into Apple's future plans for new products or device models.
While it is perhaps inevitable that new iPad models may be released in the future, what and when is known only within Apple.
No one here will ever know.
Only Apple knows and they aren't reporting anything.
