Try reloading the page, the server has not processed the style sheet and your'e seeing the un-styled HTML only.

Empty the browser cache if your issue persist or use a different browser.

You will have to use your words to paint a picture of the issue... I did not get to see your image before removed.

Command R will reload a webpage if you are not getting CSS to load and stuck with the un-formatted HTML(?)

Try a different browser and compare your results...
