iOS 17 not pairing via bluetooth

Just updated a new iPhone 15 Pro Max to iOS 17.0.2. It will not connect to my vehicle via Bluetooth. When it tries to connect, the pairing window with the code pops up for a fraction of a second then goes away. It is replaced with a "Bluetooth pairing unsuccessful" message. I tried resetting everything and still no joy. Anybody else having this problem? Any suggestions?

iPhone 13 Pro Max bluetooth dropout with 2014 Jeep Since the update on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, my Bluetooth continues to drop out when I restart the car. It loses the connection but I have to do it on every time I get in the car it stays on there when I turn off the Bluetooth on my phone and start my car the radio Shows the Bluetooth there waiting to connect to my phone when I turn on my Bluetooth it does not recognize the car loses the handshake connection to the Bluetooth and the radio. Bluetooth not working after IOS 18.2 update Updated Iphone 11 last night with apple update 18.2. Bluetooth is not pairing with my phone, fitbit, car etc.
