I can’t update my apps

I just discovered I can’t update apps on App Store anymore. I keep getting this prompt when I try; “your account has been disabled in the App store and iTunes”. Pls how do I resolve this? Thanks.

You can't fix it yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open.
