I have turned off voiceover and audio description on the settings of my Apple TV, but I still get an audio narration saying Dolby Atmos when in the Apple TV app and i get an audio narration whenever I raise or lower the volume when using all the apps on my Apple TV. The device didn’t do this until recently. It’s driving me nuts any ideas?

This was the fix I used. Hold the mute button on the Apple TV remote for 3 seconds. The accessibility menu for my TV (LG TV in my case) popped up and I was able to use my LG remote to turn off the voice guidance feature on my LG TV.
