Why is there no Indian City with Indian Standard Time zone(GMT+5:30HRS) on Apple Watch World Face ? Watch OS is latest (Watch OS 10.0.1)

Sunset/Sunrise times on Watch with OS10 not working The watch will not display sunset/sunrise times for my location. My location has been set on the iPhone. I have also told the iPhone to allow Apple watch faces to use my location. The watch will tell me sunset/sunrise for Amsterdam, New Orleans, Honolulu, Sydney and Guam seemingly by default. When I try to add my city/location on the watch with the "+" sign in the complication it says "No Results Found". In short, I have followed ALL suggestions/solutions that I can find here and elsewhere to no avail.

US central time option on apple watch faces Scrolling through the list of available cities for watch faces that support a second time zone does not display any central time cities. Here are screenshots of the GMT face..It goes from Denver then to New York. There is no central time zone option.
