B. Verify the Balance:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Accessibility
4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
5. Adjust: the audio volume balance

I have been having the same problem for the last 24 hours, not sure if it has anything to do with the lastest software update. I've reset them so many times, updated to the latest iOS, tried it on my 4-5 Apple devices one at a time (turned off bluetooth on the rest just in case), and nothing. So frustrating!!
