Any way to ensure one Photos album stays on my iPad?

I have an iPad Pro with 512 GB capacity and I'm only using 75 GB of storage. My total Photos though is larger than that, so I have them all (1) on my MacBook Pro, (2) in Time Machine, and (3) in iCloud.

There is one album, though, that I'd like to make sure is always on my iPad and doesn't get downloaded as needed from iCloud - just in case there is an Internet disruption.

I can do this with an Apple Music playlist by downloading the playlist and keeping it on my device.

I can do this with other files, by moving them from iCloud to On My iPad.

But is there a way I can do that with a Photos album?

I want it to be a Photos album so I can play it using the Slideshow feature.
