Kernel panics occur constantly
Kernel panics occur on their own during operation and most often during a reboot or after waking up from sleep.

There is some sort of hardware failure due to a CPU Catastrophic Error. There is a chance the issue could be due to an externally connected device, so try disconnecting all external devices to see if that fixes the problem. Otherwise, the laptop will likely need to be repaired.
