I saw that retention policies are announced last year, but I didn't see is implemented.

Yes, I saw this:
"Retention policies allow organizations to control how long messages will be saved within an Outlook folder. Microsoft says this release will let IT admins apply this policy to all emails in the users’ mailbox."
The date was July, 6th 2022. After that, nothing happened.
