ThinkPad Dock Station (40AC) -- MacBook Pro display blinking

Hello. I trying to use my docking station Lenovo ThinkPad 40AC Dock ThunderBolt 3.

But when i trying connect display, the display is blinking, 1 per second, or 5 per second.

When i connect other hab to this docking station, and connect the display to hub, everithig OK.

Can you help me, or explaine why I can not use onle dock station.

I use only 1 display.

{macbook pro 14 m2 pro (sonoma) --> ThinkPad 40AC --> Display DELL P2717H} - BLINK/Problem

{macbook pro 14 m2 pro (sonoma) --> ThinkPad 40AC --> USB HUB with HDMI --> Display DELL P2717H} - do not blink

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.0
