iMessage is not working to some of my contacts
Had a new hard Sim replaced and now I seem to get some of my iMessages turning green to certain numbers in my contacts that I know that iMessage should be working properly

The reason why some messages could turn green (or SMS) is because the receiver’s info from your contacts didn’t match any iMessage registered details. Sometimes it is because the receiver could have enabled only their email address for iMessage. More info on it could be found in Settings -> Messages -> Send & Receive.
The best solution is to contact the person and ask them to share their contact with you, so you would have all up to date info and iMessage :)
