Scratch projects crashing on Safari open

There seems to be a bug with the new iOS 17 update. On Scratch (scratch.mit.edu), the projects immediately crash and require a restart to gain 10 minutes of the project not crashing. However, this likely only happens on iOS 17. Can someone find a way to have it not crash for extended periods of time?

I am putting this under “iPad” because that is the device I am experiencing this bug on, and because there is no “iOS 17” option.

(Yes, I have put this bug report on the Scratch Forums as well.)

iPad, iPadOS 17

Hello RagnowProductions_Fenn,

Are you only encountering this issue with Scratch? We want to confirm if that's the case, as it determines where to focus. If this is only happening with Scratch, then following up with the developer is the right call. They can help confirm if it's set up for compatibility with iOS 17. Here's how to reach a dev if you need, though it sounds like you're on the right track: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

Cheers!
