My iPhone 14 plus shows the callers as Unknown even if they are on my contacts list

So to confirm, all of your incoming calls are showing as Unknown? If it is with every call, then you'll want to reach out to your cellular carrier. Caller ID is controlled by your carrier for both incoming and outgoing, so they can make sure that your account is set up properly.
