Sending a song via text from iPhone
If I send a song via text message from my iPhone to another person that does not have an iPhone will they still be able to view and listen to the song?.

In order for an individual to access music from Apple Music, they would need an Apple Music subscription. Details on sharing music from there can be found at How to share an Apple Music playlist on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
