After the firmware update, my windows laptop cannot use the apple display's camera and sound system. Before the update, this was possible. Will there be a fix?

My Studio Display is bricked after 16.4 update! 2 days ago I tried to install the 16.4 firmware update for the Studio Display and it bricked it. Since then it has been stuck in an endless loop alternating between the support.apple.com/display/restore screen and the 3 dots with the message saying it is updating. Followed all the instructions on the "restore" page and the problem persists. I've tried to reset the display by unplugging it. Didn't help. How can I resolve this?? Maybe there is a way to re-install the software/firmware on the display? Please help!!

I tried all steps suggested ob apple support website but target display mode still doesn't work MacBook 13inch 2019 with macOS big sur 11.6.8 Imac M1 2021 ventura 13.4.1 I pressed Command F2 or Command Fn F2 but nothing happened. I tried to restart both 2 laptops but nothing happened.
