I updated my mac from mac os Ventura to mac os sonoma and I am facing battery problem issues, it is not lasting as it was on mac os ventura, it drops like 1% in every 3 to 4 minutes on average.

Have you shut down and restarted more than once since your upgrade, always recommended.

The rule of thumb—if you are near the mains leave it plugged in, if you need the portability then run on the battery only—this is how you optimize your battery charging and extend the working life of your battery by reducing the cycle count.
Shut down and restart and see if this helps.

It's my experience that this is common the first 24 - 48 hours after an OS update as the system is preforming background processes (re-indexing Spotlight, scanning photos, etc.).
Our 2020 MBP isn’t. It was tad slow for a few minutes until everything “caught up”.
All three of our Macs on Sonoma operate beautifully.
As a follow up, quitting Adobe Cloud and restarting a couple times fixed it. Battery life is back to normal.
