No refund even after asking bank

Hi! I asked for 2 refunds and they got “accepted by Apple” but it’s been already 10 business days since I got the confirmation email so I asked my bank as they advise if I don’t receive in 5 business days to track the transaction and they say Apple didn’t send anything so they asked me if I want to start a dispute with ‘em to get that money back. I still don’t understand why Apple would say yes when they haven’t. What can I do?
