Error -1005F Macbook Pro 2015

I recently just got my early 2015 MacBook back from my brother who had Widows 10 installed on it. I just wanted to factory reset the laptop because the Wi-Fi network driver was non-existent and somehow, I ended up deleting the wrong thing (bootcamp driver maybe?). At first, I got an error code 0xc000000f and was unable to get into the computer at all, so I reinstalled windows 10 from a usb drive. I can now get into the computer but using the key commands when rebooting I have no option to go back to the macOS side. The computer has macOS Catalina latest version installed. Any other option + command + p+ r or just holding 'alt' brings me to the globe with an exclamation point and -1005F code. I am not super tech savvy and I live somewhere remote so taking it into the store isn't an option and apple support had no answers that I didn't already try. At this point I just want to reset it completely and start over but with no Wi-Fi options even after resetting SMC and NVRAM.

Try booting into Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R to access the online macOS installer which theoretically should be macOS 12.x Monterey, but could possibly be macOS 10.11 which shipped with the laptop from the factory.
