My Apple AirPod Max won't connect to iPhone or MacBook Pro. How do I fix?

My AirPods Max, Model A2096, SN H0YG2893P3W9 won't connect to my iphone and MacBook Pro despite connecting successfully 12 hours ago.

We do not know which iPhone iOS version or MacOS version you have installed.

Eg: for compatibility:

You might want to check your iPhone and / or MacBook Pro are updated to the latest versions.

Then the firmware on the AirPods Max can also update automatically.
