Mac will not start even after installing new battery

Few days ago I have noticed that Mac Safe Adapter stopped charging my mac. There was no red light on the plug. I know the battery was in bad condition ( very old ) . The batter drained completely. My first idea was to replace the batter. So I purchased new battery and just replaced it. I was hope the Mac will start, but did not. And The Mas safe adapter stil is not working ( no light when plugged ) . The adapter is ok, as I can use it for another Mac. The one I am using right now :) What may have happened to my Mac ?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.6

First would be to make sure the Magsafe port on the laptop is clean and free of any debris which may have gotten stuck on it such as small metal shavings or even a staple which may prevent the Magsafe charging connector from making a solid connection.

Here is an Apple article for troubleshooting Magsafe charging issues:

Generally if the charger is good & the steps in the linked article don't help, then the problem is most likely with the DC-In Board, Logic Board, or the Battery. However, other internal or external devices could possibly cause a problem.
