I have a phone that when trying to print from it - it only prints white pages, it shows details on the print preview screen, but only prints blank pages. It is up to date on the IOS version, I have turned off the phone and back on but no changes.

Check for Firmware Updates on your Printer:
If there is a small LCD screen on your printer, then go into settings on it. Usually, Settings it looks like a gear. Then, see if you need to install a firmware update. My printer had my install one, and then it worked just fine. Epson has let out firmware updates for my Printer.
