When I try to back it up now, it tells me it cannot complete the action. It’s plugged in connected to Wi-Fi and I have still did. It could do it over cellular. Nothing happens.

For prompts about not being able to complete a backup, you'll want to follow the steps below:
1. In iOS or iPadOS, go to Settings > Wi-Fi. Check that you're connected to Wi-Fi.
2. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update. Download and install any available updates for your device.
3. Try to back up on another Wi-Fi network.
4. Check to make sure that you have enough iCloud storage for the backup.

I turned off and deleted my iCloud back up for my phone. Trying to turn it back on and it won’t let me please help.
