RTT/TTY is a feature for people who are Deaf. Go to Settings>Accesibility>RTT/TTY and turn in off.

I think you are suggesting some of the Accessibility functions are activating but unwanted. On your iPhone check in Settings > Accessibility and turn off any inappropriate features.
