Change Apple region
I have Apple ID balance 0.39 USD and I want to change my Apple ID region and I cannot change it and use that 0.39. What should I do?

You can make a purchase for an item that is equal too or higher than your remaining balance and use a second payment method to cover the remainder, or you can contact Apple Support for additional options here: Get Support
