DOUBLE LINE P1 & P2

I went overseas and my phone added to +61 when making calls now I have P1 and P2 on calls and contact names do not come up, how do I turn my phone back to how it was without the P1 and P2?

Hi Julie2066,

That sounds like you have activated both lines on your Dual SIM. You can read more about that here: Using Dual SIM with an eSIM - Apple Support

You can turn off the the second line that you added for overseas with these steps:

"Manage cellular settings

To change your cellular settings for each of your plans, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap either Cellular or Mobile Data.
  3. Tap the number you want to change.
  4. Tap each option and set it as you normally would."

If you still have questions, reach out to Apple Support directly, as this may require closer guidance: Get Support

Cheers!
