My battery health is go down 1 percent in one day. Why? And what id my battery health percentage is 86% ? Is it still good?

A battery health of 86% is sufficient for the iPhone's processor to run at peak-performance. You can learn more about battery health and performance here: iPhone Battery and Performance - Apple Support
If you have AppleCare+, Apple will replace the battery for free when the device's battery health falls below 80%.
