Erased my iPad can I get it back

If you have a pre-existing iCloud or iTunes backup, the backup can be restored to your iPad:

If you don't have a backup and the iPad is erased, your data cannot be recovered.

You can't.

Well, you can restore it using your Time Machine, or similar, backup.
