Is there a way to extract 7z file using an online tool? I can't seem to find a clear answer. I don't have any software installed on my Mac to unzip the file, and I don't want to download any either. What advice do you have on how to extract 7z file online? Thanks.
To be clear, you need to download the 7-Zip for macOS executable, but it is not something that needs to be installed. It is simply run from the command line. I tried it and it works.

why not ask the source of the file how to open it?
I've heard of it, but don't know much about it. Its operation seems to involve the command line, which is not what I'm good at, so haven't tried more on my computer.
