I am also faced with that problem. Try That turn off Handoff option in airdrop. It runs on the port number 5000. I think that's why your compiler is stuck on that point.

I've tried to fix it this way, but it still doesn't work. I've also contacted JetBrains support to have them check the issue, hoping it will be resolved soon. Because coding without debugging is like sitting and reading a bunch of 01100011, trying to imagine a world like the people reading maps in the Matrix movie =))
