Talk to Apple support they will help with the passcode a friend of mine had an iPhone XS Max and the iPhone stopped working because there was water inside of it so my friend told my that he need someone with iPhone to call Apple support to change his Apple ID password so that he could use his new phone also for you information during the call apple wont ask for any information and the call is very secure so that even Apple support won’t know your password
