RSA Certificate error

Hello everyone,

I have a MacBook Pro from my work. We have an MDM environment where the MBP is not registered. However, after updating to Sonoma, I receive a message about Remote Management approximately half a minute after logging in. I am given the option to log in to the corporate network, but then I receive a message that logging in to the management server failed because “usertrust RSA certification Authority is not trusted”.

Is anyone familiar with this?

I found the answer.

“If you remove a Mac from an MDM environment, which was done about a year and a half ago, you must then provide the Mac with a clean installation. This had not been done. This came to light after updating to Sonoma.”

Thanks for the effort.
