QRCode scan issue

If you haven't done so yet, restart your iPhone. This step may seem simple, but restarting can correct some unexpected behaviors: Restart your iPhone

If the issue continues after restarting, reply with answers to these questions for more help:

• What steps are you taking to copy the QR code?
• If you tap the small box to the far right of the icons that show up when the QR code is scanned, do you see Share, Copy Link, Add to Reading List, and Open in Safari?

To clarify, are you only using the camera to take a photo first, or are you able to use the QR reader when selecting the code scanner in your Control Center?

Just in case, try adding the code scanner to your Control Center using the steps below, then test if that helps:

1. Go to Settings  > Control Center.

2. To add or remove controls, tap  or  next to a control.

3. To rearrange controls, touch  next to a control, then drag it to a new position.
