Sleep is only showing “time in bed” even though sleep tracking is turned on.

All of my settings are turned on for my Apple Watch 9 and iPhone 12. Last night, I set my watch and iPhone focus to Sleep. Went to bed and slept. Woke up this morning and no data shows on my Apple Watch, but on my iPhone it only shows “time in bed.” No info about sleep data. It’s been working fine up until last night and I haven’t changed any settings. Why is this happening?
