What is F5 Endpoint Inspector on my MacBook Air?

Does anyone know what F5 Endpoint Inspector is? I don't remember downloading it and it show up in my launch pad. Opening it does nothing. Thanks.

When I use it to connect HVPN, it always shows `Access was denied by the access policy. This may be due to a failure to meet access policy requirements.`

Does anyone know this error?
