Would love to be able to copy selected text from a web page and past it somewhere else, doesn't seem like a big ask....

Select text on web page and select copy (or cmd c), select past (or cmd v) in another place. Would like it to past the copied text.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.5

Apple has nothing to do with Microsoft Teams. That is a Microsoft App.

If the copy and paste works with other apps, but not with Teams, then the issue would lie with Teams. Nothing Apple can do about it.

Microsoft would need to fix their app to allow the paste.

For more specific help, you would need to tell us where in Teams you are trying to paste the copied content. And what exactly was copied? Text? Images? a Table? a combination of content?

What happens when you try to paste? Does teams simply not react? Does it issue an error?

What problem are you having with copying text from a web page? It should not be a problem. For example, here is your text that was copied from this web page and pasted here:

Select text on web page and select copy (or cmd c), select past (or cmd v) in another place. Would like it to past the copied text.

Edit: Just seen your previous post about pasting into teams. Not familiar with the Teams app, so unable to determine why the app does not accept the copied text.
